CHESTER COUNTY COMMISSIONERS LIFT BAN ON OPEN BURNING

WEST CHESTER, PA - The Chester County Board of Commissioners declared the ban on open burning is now lifted, for all Chester County residents and businesses, effective immediately.  The ban was lifted due to the improved weather conditions.
